No. Coppous is a private network. Companies list missions, and our AI handles the outbound targeting. This protects company privacy and ensures candidates aren't distracted by roles that don't fit their vector.
How is the matching performed?+
We use a high-dimensional vector analysis of a candidate's CV, GitHub, and portfolio, mapped against the specific DNA of your job listing. We look for technical competency, cultural alignment, and career velocity.
What is the one-strike policy?+
To maintain the integrity of the network, we enforce a strict no-circumvention policy. If either party attempts to move the conversation off-platform to bypass our verification or intent-tracking, the domain is permanently flagged.
