Coppous helps you plan and book a trip. We keep data collection to what makes that work, and we never sell it. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • What you tell us — the trip requests you type, the dates and travellers you choose, and questions you ask the concierge.
  • Account details — if you create an account to book, your name and email (via our auth provider, Supabase).
  • On-device data — your Travel Bank balance, loyalty points, taste preferences and per-trip chat live in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, until you sign in.
  • Basic technical data — standard request logs and an approximate IP used only to rate-limit abuse.

Who we share it with

To build a real trip we send the necessary details (route, dates, travellers) to our travel partners: Duffel (flights), liteAPI/Nuitee (hotels), Booking.com (activities) and OpenRouter(the AI that reads your request). We share only what each needs to return results. We don't sell your data to advertisers.

Your choices

You can clear your on-device data any time from your browser. To delete an account or request the data tied to it, email us and we'll action it.
