Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account on Coppous you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Recruiter accounts must be registered with a corporate email — generic providers are blocked.

3. Acceptable use

• No circumventing Coppous chat to contact users off-platform before mutual accept.
• No misrepresentation of identity, role, or company.
• No scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering.
• No discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful content.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Recruiter job openings are billed via Stripe on a recurring subscription. Cancel any time — access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. AI matching

Matches are generated by AI models and provided as-is. Coppous makes no guarantee of placement, hire, or response.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse, including domain-level bans.

7. Liability

Coppous is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and liability for indirect damages.
