Privacy Policy — Coppous

1. Who we are

Coppous operates an AI-powered talent router that matches candidates and recruiters without a public job board. Both parties must mutually accept a match before any direct contact is possible.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, role.
Candidate data: CV file, parsed CV text, headline, skills, salary, location.
Recruiter data: company domain, job openings you create.
Usage data: matches, messages, agent conversations, billing events.

3. How we use it

We use your data to generate semantic matches, run our chat product, process payments via Stripe, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your data.

4. Subprocessors

Supabase (hosting & DB), Stripe (payments), OpenAI & Google (AI), Resend (email).

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You can export or delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is irreversible and removes your CV, profile, matches, messages, and agent history.
